Squeeze forefinger and thumb. Rub rubber off in a month. FH, BH, and neutral grips. Seemiller, V grip. 4:40-4:43 3 minutes Stance Stance: FH open, BH square. Bent knees. Free arm: elbow in, ||, lead. Weight-shift & rotate during stroke. weight shift away from table 1-2, 1-2 (free foot floats) 4:43-5:03 20 minutes FH Counter Air FH Counter: 3 minutes Air stroke demonstration. 12 minutes Hold them through it, set fingers, feet, elbow, stroke 45 up forward endpoint is in salute position, AoA 3 o'clock, windup not past square, stroke outside forward then up with weight-shift and body rotation elbow 100 degrees Everyone comes to table and show they can do it 2x right then stop. 5 minutes: Mirror coaches then mirror each other or two rows to watch the players in the front row who mirror the coach 10x then stop. 5:03-5:25 bounce/balance/toss practice during coach-multiball FH counter 3 minutes: Bounce ball down with hand. Balance ball on FH surface: (2min) stand, (3min)walk, (3min)run around table. Bounce ball on paddle with help until success (5 min) Serve toss from palm & catch. Short (2 min). High (3 min) FH AoA4 bounce high with perfect gentle multiball feed. Prove it with the coaches (during bounce/balance/bounce drills) 5:25-5:30 water break 5:30-5:39 side-step footwork. 3 minutes side hops (1-foot down only) 3 minutes side shuffle (middle foot down replacing other) 3 minutes continous side shuffle 5:40-5:50 FH stroke practice to counter-driving on table. Practice it with each other via toss hit catch repeat (5 minutes) Coaches watch for success. Toss/hit/catch/repeat with partners, with coaches checking. Coaches enter with multiball until countering multiples and ready for partner counterdriving (Free players can do bounce on wall drills). 5:50-5:55 warm-down 2 min. 3 laps jogging 1 min. Wall sit 30 seconds 2 min. stretch legs again. 5:55-6:00 Goodbye. Encourage early/on-time next time for room prep. Encourage practice with wall bounce at home Return with counts of repetitions without missing (at least 25) FH bounce up BH bounce up FH/BH alternating bounce up Wall bounce FH (find a place noone minds!)
