Finishes-Custom Millwork Wood Stairs

Scope:

1.	Provide all labor, material, hand tools, equipment (including safety equipment), supervision, supplies, and other incidentals necessary to install all custom millwork stairs and perform all such work in accordance with the contract drawings, specifications, addenda, and other documents that make up the contract documents and not limited to treads, risers, nosing, wall stringers, moldings, handrails, balusters, easing, and newel posts.
2.	Fabricate all work and install plumb, true, square, and level; properly attach to the building structures. 
3.	Measure wall and floor areas adjacent to stairs to verify dimensions prior to fabricating any materials.

4.	Provide engineering for code compliance and shop drawing for written approval before starting work.
