Roofing-Shingle

Scope:

1.	Provide all labor, hand tools, equipment (including safety equipment), supervision, supplies, and other incidentals necessary to install the shingle roofing and perform all such work in accordance with the contract drawings, specifications, addenda, and other documents that make up the contract documents but not limited to the following:
a.	Roof shingles
b.	Flashing, counter flashing, and eaves drip
c.	Vents, boots, skylights, all fasteners, accessories, and necessary incidentals to provide a complete roof system
2.	Install shingles according to the specifications, procedures, and practices prescribed by the manufacturer.
3.	Stack shingles materials on roof.
4.	Remove all excess materials and nails from roof and worksite.
5.	Do not allow dissimilar metals to touch.
6.	Nail in accordance with design and wind load for area codes. 

Optional Scope Items:

7.	Lap all flashings, drips, and stops a minimum of 6 inches and install bull at each joint.
8.	Provide and install gutters and downspout.

Exclusions:

1.	Materials paid for by others
