Finishes-Interior Cleanup Scope: 1. Provide all labor, material, hand tools, equipment (including safety equipment), supervision, supplies, and other incidentals necessary to install the final cleanup work and perform all such work in accordance with the contract drawings, specifications, addenda, and other documents that make up the contract documents but not limited to the following: a. Cabinets inside and out including kitchen, bathroom, wet bar, and utility room b. Countertops c. Appliances d. Range hoods e. Fixed glass, mirrors, windows inside and out, window frames, sliding mirror doors f. Interior doors, exterior doors, and sliding glass doors inside and out including tracks and frames, and door thresholds g. Plumbing fixtures including sinks, lavatories, tubs, showers, and water closets 2. Remove all paint spots, glue, caulking, and labels (except energy labels on appliances). 3. Remove cardboard and papers from within appliances. Do not remove energy labels. Leave all operating instructions in a drawer in the kitchen cabinets. 4. Prevent any damages resulting from tools, solvents, cleaners or chemicals used to complete this work. 5. Notify the project superintendent of any damaged materials (glass, plastic laminated cabinets, paint, mirrors). Optional Scope Items: 6. Determine jointly with paint and drywall trade contractors and project superintendent need for excessive paint or texture coating over-spray. Exclusions: 1. Site cleanup
