Appliances Scope: 1. Provide all labor, material, hand tools, equipment (including safety equipment), supervision, supplies, and other incidentals necessary to install the appliances and perform all such work in accordance with the contract drawings, specifications, addenda, and other documents that make up the contract documents but not limited to the following: a. Ranges, refrigerators, ice makers, washers, dryers, and required pigtails and cords needed to connect appliances to utilities b. Venting pipe, dampers, caps, and related hardware to connect the appliances to the outside air as required by the drawings c. Ice maker line to water supply 2. Deliver all appliances inside units. If appliances are not selected, include a total allowance amount. 3. Set up and level appliances. 4. Remove all boxes and trash from site. 5. Install all appliances in accordance with codes. If tailgate delivery was specified and no installation is included, be sure to have vendor provide a time and date for delivery. 6. Hook up water line to ice maker. 7. Clean up all materials resulting from the work and remove from the site. Exclusions: 1. Rough-in appliance venting 2. Installation of dishwasher, cooktop, built-in oven, disposal, and other hard-wired appliances
